Satheesan, who will inaugurate the milestone by flagging off the seaport's first official export container.</p><p data-path-to-node="5">Since commencing trial and transshipment operations, Vizhinjam has primarily functioned as a deep-water transshipment hub, transferring container payloads between ultra-large ocean motherships and regional feeder vessels.
