Furthermore, it will integrate 'Container Eye' software to automate maintenance, repair, and pre-trip inspection workflows.</p></li><li><p data-path-to-node="10,2,0"><b data-path-to-node="10,2,0" data-index-in-node="0">ASRS-Based Storage Solutions:</b> To ensure optimal space utilization, RSA Global is contractually required to establish a high-efficiency Automated Storage and Retrieval System (ASRS) capable of holding 1,400 TEUs. The overall site architecture is engineered to scale from a baseline handling capacity of 25,000 TEUs in two years up to a massive 100,000 TEUs within a five-year operational horizon.</p></li><li><p data-path-to-node="10,3,0"><b data-path-to-node="10,3,0" data-index-in-node="0">Comprehensive Cargo Capabilities:</b> Operating on a 24/7 continuous schedule, the yard is fully equipped to handle diverse shipping equipment configurations. The site will manage standard dry containers, cold-chain reefers, specialized ISO tanks, collapsible flat racks, and high-mass out-of-gauge (OOG) project cargo.</p></li><li><p data-path-to-node="10,4,0"><b data-path-to-node="10,4,0" data-index-in-node="0">Sustainability and Driver Amenities:</b> Built under strict green logistics mandates, the terminal will feature solar energy arrays, dedicated power grids, and advanced effluent and sewage water recycling infrastructure (ETP/STP). Additionally, to resolve regional road congestion, the facility includes comprehensive driver utility lounges, rapid automated weighbridges, and secure transport parking yards to increase daily trucker rotation frequency.</p></li></ul>
